We understand that plans can change. You may request to cancel your order within **24 hours of purchase** as long as your order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped.


Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, it can no longer be canceled.

If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.
