**Processing Times**

Processing times vary depending on the product type:

**In-stock items** (prayer rugs, mugs, apparel, etc.): Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

**Print-on-demand items** (custom apparel, printed goods): Orders are processed within 3–7 business days as each item is made to order.

**Newspaper subscriptions**: Fulfillment follows the publication schedule. You will receive tracking or delivery confirmation once your issue ships.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery**

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

- **Standard Shipping**: 4–8 business days

- **Expedited Shipping**: 2–3 business days

**Domestic Shipping Only**

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.

**Order Tracking**

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

**Lost or Damaged Orders**

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hereafteressentials@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
